I was lucky enough to go foraging for mushrooms with the boys from Fork restaurant recently. Chef Jonathan Japha is an expert mushroom hunter and even parted with one of his best-kept recipes. I used my bounty of pine rings and Jonathan’s knowledge of good food to make his mushroom and herb frittata.
