Just returned from lovely Sri Lanka, and after nearly 2 weeks of (very deliciously fragrant) curries, rice and weird and wonderful vegetables, I find myself craving … BREAD! So here’s an easy, must-make recipe for Italian foccacia bread with black olives (as well as some pics of beautiful Sri Lankan produce).
